Team,

I have attached two documents for your use. The first is the Tournament Handbook. Please familiarize yourself with the contents. The second attachment is room assignments. I have also place confirmation numbers with Hilton as well as the booking reservation number thru the leagues travel agency.

I have created an event for all three of our games so you have the time and field location at your fingertips. I also created an event for boundary / scoreboard / timekeeper assignments. Please RSVP in that section so I can assure we have at least 12 folks.

Please be on the lookout from other members of the club for information regarding team meetings, warm-up times, meals, etc.
